Marketing and Promotion
Ok. Now you've started your mission, and you want to tell the world about it. Maybe it's to get clients or customers for your wares, or access to platforms where you can share your message.
Whatever the reason, this "outreach" often raises many inner issues that servers must address before they achieve the mission success they crave.
For some want to use their marketing simply to make money. Others want fame. Still more want some form of recognition. Behind it all are often unstated judgments or feelings of unworthiness we may not even know exist. So efforts to advance our missions often fall prey to subconscious needs to prop up our sense of self-worth through the "success" we achieve, how others receive us, or the attention that comes our way as a result.
All of these are issues of a soul laboring under the weight of misunderstandings, false images and beliefs that may have been acquired earlier in this or another life. And your mission just may be the vehicle it's using to work them out.
Self-promotion is an area ripe for such manifestations. If you're having trouble getting the kind of attention you want, maybe the problem isn't really one of marketing at all. Instead, it may just be coming from inside, and your mission is giving you a chance to see it.
If so, to take your mission out to the world means sooner or later having to face your own inner demons and doing your best to neutralize their impact if not make them go away altogether. And if you're letting these obstacles continue to get in your way without doing anything to address their cause, your lack of success may very well be waving a red flag on a problem that will continue to crop up down the road.
Become sensitive to what your life and mission are saying. It will serve you well on the journey of your soul.
