Perfect your ability to create.
We all know how to create in this 3D world. We've been doing it since childhood, deciding what we want, then applying our thoughts, actions and determination to make it happen. Now, though, we're moving into a new phase that requires us to expand on those abilities, and develop new skills that make better use of the energies that are now bombarding our world. It's not a matter of leaving anything behind, but building on what you've already developed.
Deal with reality.
Deal with your life. Look at the situations being created for you to experience. What do they show you about yourself? How are you creating/contributing to them? Engaging them? Addressing them? Experiencing them? Processing them? Life happens for a reason. Use it as best you can, and continually expand your ability to get more out of what you've created.
Be at peace.
What good is a new world if we carry with us the turmoil of our past, and allow the seeds of conflict to continue to germinate within us? Peace is not only our destination; it is the means to get there, too. John created PeaceOption.com as resource you can draw on. Why not try it?
Know yourself and what your life is about.
This is at the core of the spiritual path. The means and methods are at your fingertips if you will only see them for what they are -- tools to dissolve the illusions of separation you've created within yourself. Check out John's Whispers in the Silence -- Living by the Light of Your Soul.
Hear and follow your inner voice.
Only then will you know your way through life to the experiences you're here to get, and add whatever piece to the puzzle of the Divine Plan you carry inside. Again, Whispers in the Silence can help.
Reflect your highest attributes, not your lowest.
All the best intentions in the world won't make it a better place if we continue to succumb to practices that show anything other than our best face to the world. Anger, violence, hatred, judgment, expectations, and excess self-interest are among them. Aren't you ready to let them go?
Build Community.
Connecting with others is an essential element of the new world. It goes hand in hand with knowing yourself, through which you re-discover your relationship to the others around you. Community is the means by which to do this.
Conscious Co-Creation.
It isn't enough to come together. We need to learn to work together in new ways that honor our own mission and innermost callings while adding our contribution to the whole. Attached is John's essay on seizing the promise of community as an incubator of conscious co-creation, published in The Love of the Fifth Spiritual Paradigm (Oracle Press, 2010), along with contributions by Desmond Tutu and others. It better explains what we're talking about.
