Attributes Needed for Mission Success

Bring your best effort. Don't leave anything on the table.
Check your intention. Temper your desire. Have self-discipline. Be determined. Persevere. Give persistent effort. Keep a positive attitude. Have vision. Use your imagination. Shift perspective. Seek insight. Assess your progress. Don't be afraid to get help.

How you go about it makes a difference, too.
Stay true to yourself. Don't sell your soul. Reflect your highest attributes, not your lowest. Find value in everything. See the best in everyone. Know you can't fail. Do what you can and let God do the rest. Don't judge. Expect success. Seek perfection. Allow all things to be as they are. Accept what will be. Let go of what's gone. Leave others to their own devices. Strive to be better in every moment, but accept when you aren't.

Tune out Naysayers.
It's your calling, not theirs. They don't see what you see. Consider what they say, but not too much. Take others' advice with a grain of salt. Hear them out, but go your own way. Appreciate their concern, and maybe their input. Don't try to convince them -- convince yourself. Test all with your intuition. Follow your inner voice. Know your own way.

What They're Saying

"Very few teachers today have the insight and wisdom of John Dennison - his thoughts and ideas are truly new and enlightening."
- Gabriel Lawson, Monument, CO
